Because many of our products are made-to-order, hand-finished, signed, packaged individually, or fulfilled through specialized print partners, shipping timelines may vary depending on demand, product type, seasonal volume, and release schedules.
By placing an order through Skully Colorado, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Processing & Production Times
Most orders require production time before shipment.
Current estimated processing and production time:
- Please allow up to 14 business days for production and shipping preparation.
Many items are not mass-produced and may involve:
- artwork printing
- quality inspection
- signing or numbering
- protective packaging
- fulfillment coordination
- small-batch production
Some orders may ship sooner.
Production timelines may increase during:
- holidays
- art festival season
- product launches
- gallery events
- high-volume sales periods
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.
2. Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship using:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- other regional carriers
Carrier selection is determined by package size, destination, cost, insurance requirements, and fulfillment location.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
3. Shipping Delays
Skully Colorado is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- weather
- carrier delays
- customs processing
- incorrect addresses
- lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- labor shortages
- holidays
- natural disasters
- events outside our control
Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates only.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is submitted:
- delays may occur
- additional shipping fees may apply
- returned packages may require reshipment charges
Skully Colorado is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- photos of the packaging
- photos of the damaged item
- your order information
We will review claims individually and determine appropriate next steps.
Skully Colorado is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed carrier delivery.
Customers may wish to use secure delivery locations when possible.
6. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to:

- import taxes
- VAT
- duties
- local handling charges
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery timelines vary significantly by country and customs processing.
7. Multiple Shipments

8. Preorders & Limited Releases
Certain products, original artwork, signed editions, or limited releases may require extended production timelines.
Estimated fulfillment windows for preorder items will be listed when available.

9. Returns & Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

10. Artwork Packaging
We take care in packaging artwork and collectibles appropriately for shipment.
Packaging methods may include:
- rigid mailers
- protective sleeves
- reinforced tubes
- foam protection
- double-boxing for originals

While we work hard to fulfill orders quickly and professionally, Skully Colorado does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
